Exposing The Incidence of Ileus In Pelvic and Acetabular Fractures: A Retrospective Case Analysis

The analysis included 57 patients who met specific inclusion criteria from a major trauma center. Findings indicate a prolonged hospital stay for those with ileus, especially notable in younger patients under 65.
